Information We Collect

  • Account information: email address and display name when you register.
  • Workout data: exercises, programs, completion history, and import logs you create within the app.
  • Uploaded videos: videos you upload are processed by our AI pipeline to extract exercise data, then deleted from our servers.
  • Usage analytics: anonymised product-usage events (page views, feature usage) to help us improve the app.

How We Use Your Data

  • Extract exercises from uploaded fitness videos.
  • Build and manage personalised workout programs.
  • Improve our AI extraction accuracy and overall product experience.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Third-Party Services

  • Firebase: authentication, Cloud Firestore database, and Cloud Storage for temporary file uploads. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
  • Stripe: payment processing for subscriptions. We never store your credit card details — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • OpenAI Whisper: audio from uploaded videos is sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription. Audio is not retained by OpenAI after processing.
  • Google Gemini: video files are temporarily uploaded to the Google Gemini Files API for visual exercise analysis. Files are deleted after processing.
  • PostHog: anonymised product analytics to understand feature usage and improve the app. See PostHog's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage

Your account data, exercises, and programs are stored in Google Cloud Firestore with per-user security rules that prevent access by other users. Uploaded videos are temporarily held in Firebase Storage and deleted once AI extraction completes.

Data Retention

  • Account data is retained until you delete your account.
  • Uploaded videos are deleted from our servers immediately after processing.
  • Import logs are retained for 90 days for debugging and support purposes, then automatically purged.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Export your exercises, programs, and import history at any time.
  • Delete your account and all associated data from your profile settings, or by contacting us.
