Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using ReelFit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years old to create a ReelFit account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.

Subscription & Billing

ReelFit offers the following plans:

  • Starter: 2 video extractions per month, 1 journey, 1 program, 2 gym sessions per month.
  • Active: $4.99/month (or $39.99/year) for 10 extractions, 5 journeys, 3 programs, and 10 gym sessions per month.
  • Pro: $9.99/month (or $79.99/year) for unlimited extractions and all premium features.
  • Legend: $199 one-time, lifetime unlimited access.

All payments are processed through Stripe. Monthly and annual subscriptions (Active and Pro) can be cancelled at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. The Legend plan is a one-time purchase and is non-refundable. For Active or Pro refund requests, contact us within 14 days of purchase.

AI Content Disclaimer

ReelFit uses artificial intelligence to extract exercise information from videos and to assist with workout program creation. AI-generated content is provided on a best-effort basis and may contain inaccuracies.

ReelFit does NOT provide medical advice. The exercises, sets, reps, and programs generated by our AI are not a substitute for professional guidance. Always consult a qualified health or fitness professional before starting any new workout programme.

Uploaded Content

You retain full ownership of all videos and content you upload to ReelFit. By uploading, you grant ReelFit a limited, non-exclusive licence to process the content solely for the purpose of AI exercise extraction. Uploaded videos are deleted from our servers immediately after extraction is complete and are never shared with third parties beyond the processing services described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload harmful, illegal, or infringing content.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from ReelFit.
  • Abuse API rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

ReelFit is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from exercises or workout programs created using the service. You acknowledge that all workout information is AI-generated and you use it entirely at your own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of ReelFit after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
