How do I import a workout from Instagram?
Open the ReelFit app, tap the import button on the Today tab, and paste an Instagram Reel URL. Our AI will transcribe the audio and analyse the video to extract exercises, sets, and reps automatically. You can also upload a video file directly from your camera roll.
Why was my video rejected as non-fitness content?
ReelFit only processes workout and exercise videos. If a video looks like cooking, travel, or other non-fitness content, our extraction pipeline rejects it and refunds your token. If you believe a fitness video was rejected in error, email support@reelfit.io with the URL or filename and we'll investigate.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Pricing in the app and tap “Manage Subscription” to open the Stripe Customer Portal, where you can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. The Legend (one-time) plan does not require cancellation.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings and tap “Delete Account.” This permanently removes your profile, exercises, journeys, and import history from our servers. The action cannot be undone.
What devices does ReelFit support?
ReelFit is available on iPhone and iPad running iOS 16 or later via the App Store. The web app works in any modern desktop or mobile browser at reelfit.io. Android support is on our roadmap.
I'm having trouble signing in.
Try resetting your password from the sign-in page. If you signed up with Google or Apple, use the same provider to sign back in. Still stuck? Email support@reelfit.io and include the email address on your account.
